Last summer, my cousin Heaven came to visit and I promised her we’d shoot together.  She’s an aspiring photographer (it runs in the family!) in her last year of high school, so I figured it would be a lot of fun for me to give her a mentor session and some tips to head back to Florida with.  My quest for models concluded with one of my amazing 2012 couples, Leigh and Jimmy.  We hadn’t done their actual shoot yet (wait til you see those!), but I knew they would be perfect for the vintage vibe I had envisioned for the location!  Leigh had been  consulting with me via text on outfit choices before we settled on the beautiful white dress she wore.  I think it worked out perfectly!  These two certainly know how to work it hard in front of the lens, and made it easy for Heaven and I to get some great shots!  Here are some of my favorites…
